Returns & Exchanges
Faulty Items
At PELLE FILI, we stand by our products with a 1-year warranty. If you happen to receive a faulty item, just shoot us an email at info@pellefili.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and some photos so we can help you out.
Keep in mind that general wear and tear isn't considered a fault. We can only process refunds or exchanges for items that have manufacturing defects. Whenever possible, we’ll try to repair your item before offering a replacement or refund.
Sale Items: Unfortunately, items bought on sale can’t be returned or exchanged.
Store-Wide Sales: These items also can’t be returned or exchanged.
Full-Priced Items: If you purchased something at full price online, you can return it for a refund or store credit. Just note that return shipping costs are on you. Items bought with a discount code are treated as full-priced for returns.
The Return Process
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your online order. If we receive your return after this period, we’ll have to send it back to you.
To ensure we can accept your return, please make sure all items are:
- Unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition
- Returned with all tags still attached, along with any accessories and packaging
We can’t accept returns that show signs of wear or don’t meet these criteria.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund, which should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Fees
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. This applies to both the original shipping cost and any return shipping for refunds or exchanges. Keep this in mind while you shop!
Your Responsibility
If your return doesn’t make it to us, we won’t be able to issue a refund or store credit. To help ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using registered post.
